At Rewired (a trade name of Samusev Group LLC), we stand behind the quality of our 30-Day Reset program. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward refund policy:
1. Eligibility
- Request your refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Complete all lessons and exercises in the program and provide proof (e.g., screenshots of completion, quiz results).
- Submit your refund request via email to [email protected] with your name, purchase date, and proof of completion.
2. Process
- We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
- Upon verification, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- No additional forms or hoopsβjust send proof and we take care of the rest.
3. Exceptions
- Requests made after 30 days from purchase date are not eligible.
- Partial completion of the program without proof of engagement does not qualify.
- Refund policy applies only to the initial purchase; subsequent upsells or coaching packages are subject to their own terms.
