- User: Any individual or entity using or accessing the Service.
- Content: Text, graphics, videos, downloads, and other materials delivered through the Service.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to form binding contracts. To access certain features, you agree to register for an account with accurate information and to safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. License to Use
Rewired grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

4. Payments & 30-Day Refund
All fees are clearly displayed before purchase and billed in U.S. dollars via secure third-party processors. You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you complete every lesson and exercise and remain unsatisfied. To claim, email [email protected] with proof of completion. Refunds are issued within five business days.

All Content and trademarks are owned by Rewired or licensors. No rights are transferred to you beyond the license granted.

8. User Conduct
You agree not to abuse the Service or engage in harmful behavior, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or uploading malicious code.
9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rewired and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months prior to any claim. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association rules in Maryland. You and Rewired waive the right to a jury trial and class-action claims.
11. Governing Law & Updates
These Terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, USA. We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms with a new effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
